Mike Hancuch is the Principal and Founder of White Hawk Services, LLC, providing expertise to airlines, Maintenance Repair Organizations (MROs) and aviation consulting service providers.
Mike has over 30 years of experience in finance, supply chain, maintenance programs, production control, technical services and maintenance planning.
He is skilled at simplifying complex technical business issues, developing systems that optimize resources, and integrating sustainable processes that reduce costs and increase performance. His ability to focus and inspire accountability produces the intended results, builds trust and fosters a collaborative culture that drives continuous improvement.
Mike has held internal leadership positions within American, Delta, Sun Country, Northwest, and Wheels Up, and has consulted within a number of mainline, regional, and private aviation providers.
